KIND LOOK AND SWEET EXPRESSION, THE RAGDOLL CAT HAS BECOME ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER CATS OF TODAY..AND GAINING MORE POPULARTIY EVERY YEAR !!
One of the reasons that ragdolls are so special is that they can BOND with a dog..and a dog can BOND with them....match made in heaven!.... please be aware that NOT ALL dogs can be cat friendly and USE CAUTION BELOW (past seal point kitten enjoying his new home)
FOOD WE FEED BELOW..Our cats eat Natural balance original ultra IMPORTANT..Please feed your new kitten the same food when taking them home..changing too quickly can cause tummy distress and diarrhea
We use WORLDS BEST cat litter ... wheat scoop, or blue buffalo walnut litter IMPORTANT...Please do not use clay clumping litter .Kittens sometimes eat the litter, causing severe dehydrating effects on the gastrointestinal tract After cats use the box they lick their paws , and small micro particles enter the digestive tract and can disrupt the digestive system.. .We use natural non toxic litters to prevent havoc on their tummies.. .and here are photos of the FOOD and LITTER we recommend below.. We feed Natural balance cat food dry..we like to mix in wet food such as wuerava cats in the kitchen (their favorite) as a moisture supplement for growing kittens
THESE ARE THE SAFE NATURAL LITTERS WE RECOMMEND ( below)
IMPORTANT..Please feed the same food as the breeder is feeding when taking your kitty home...changing food too quickly may cause intestinal upset, diarrrhea and possible weight loss
WE FEED NATURAL BALANCE ORIGINAL ULTRA DRY ..please feed this when taking your kitten home
cats are HCM neg. (UC DAVIS) Leukemia neg FIV neg.
IS IT GOOD TO GET 2 KITTENS? WE FOUND THIS IS GENERALLY TRUE..MOST KITTENS ADAPT VERY WELL TO BEING THE ONLY KITTY IN THE HOUSE, BUT SOME KITTENS CAN BECOME MUCH MORE VOCAL AND ALITTLE LESS RELAXED THAN THOSE WITH A PARTNER..LITTERMATES ARE BEST, BUT WE FOUND YOUNG KITTENS FROM OTHER LITTERS CAN DO WELL TOO ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE YOUNG..IF A FAMILY IS WORKING ALOT OR AWAY FROM THE HOME AT DIFFERENT HOURS THEN 2 KITTENS WORK WELL..MANY ASK US WHAT IS BEST MALE OR FEMALE? PERSONALLY I LOVE THE MALES BUT FEMALES ARE JUST AS WONDERFUL..MY GIRLS COME GET ME WHEN THEY HEAR STRANGE NOISES OUTSIDE..ARE RAGDOLLS A GUARANTEED LAP CAT? NO..RAGDOLLS ARE NOT ALWAYS WANTING TO BE ON YOUR LAP..BUT THEY ABSOLUTLEY LOVE BEING NEAR YOU ..THEY WIL FOLLOW YOU LIKE A LITTLE PUPPY DOG
BELOW ( IMPORTANT INFORMATION )
Ragdoll Breeders Know BEST....!!! Ragdolls are very sensitive to vaccines..Over vaccinating can cause very serious illnesses that vets can not always diagnose.. DO NOT GIVE LEUKEMIA OR FIP VACCINE or we will VOID ALL GUARANTEES. Leukemia vaccine has been known to cause cancer at the injection site and mutated cells in the bloodstream...FIP vaccine will trigger a positive fip result..Serious fatal side effects have occured We recommend the 3 way distemper vaccine for the initial kitten boosters...****. WE USE VACCINES THAT DO NOT HAVE THE HARSH ADJUVENTS THAT CAN CAUSE INFLAMMATORY RESPONSES AND SEVERE REACTIONS..We recommend the distemper shots TWO times only ( and 3- 4 weeks apart.). Then DO NOT give every year as the chemicals from the vaccine builds up, and the cats get very ill from consistent vaccinations .NEVER DO A RABIES AT THE SAME TIME AS THE DISTEMPER SHOT try to space them out..ALSO IT IS BEST NOT TO DOUBLE VACCINATE AT THE SAME TIME AS A SURGERY..It is too much stress and can cause a weakened immune system.VACCINE EVERY YEAR FOR DISTEMPER MAY NOT BE NECESSARY, AND MANY CHOOSE TO DO TITER TESTING TO SEE IF YOUR CAT STILL CARRIES IMMUNITY ....This is much safer INSTEAD OF CONSTANT DOSING EVERY YEAR WHICH IS DANGEROUS TO RAGDOLLS..There has been evidence that shows long lived distemper protection from the kitten shots...never vaccinate for FIP... This vaccine has been proven to induce a positive test for the disease..Since fip is a mutation of a common mild fecv and the fip test can only speculate, and not give a confirmative diagnosis,we have no way of knowing when a kitten was exposed after they have left our premises or when the virus mutated...Our kittens are guaranteed free of viruses at time of sale. Do not give RABIES SHOTS UNTIL KITTEN IS 4-5 months old.. . ...We cannot guarantee for contagious pathogens after the kitten leaves our home..Our kittens are guaranteed for 1yr for GENETIC life threatning defects..A written veterinary report must be stating that the defect was genetic in origin..A replacement kitten will then be offered. No cash refunds. Any kitten death that occurs during the health guranatee must have a complete necropsy report by a licensed vetranarian at buyers expense, stating it was genetic in origin.. No second guessing or speculations....
